On July 18, 2015 NCTF led and organized a cultural programme with Shisu Academy at Pirojpur to reiterate the rights for children. Around seventy children from different school participated in a cultural event and discussion to raise the child rights.

“Together we will change the world” oath of children in the event reflected their participation for rights NCTF members gave ten story books among ten deprived children to encourage education and develop knowledge.

Aiming the awareness of child rights, the participants took part in various category of the programme such as dance, song, recite poem and acting. As the chief guest Md Manik Har Rahman, additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of Pirojpur, gave award among the children.

Added to this, a local organization, Uddipan gave cash and cloth among ten deprived children to support educational material for the children .The Assistant Deputy Commissioner of Pirojpur also appreciated the initiatiatives of NCTF. He emphasized   the situation specially addiction to drug addressing the bad affect to draw the attention of children. He advised the children to work together in child led organization like NCTF ad added “we have to come forward and raise awareness to save our future generation.”

Fariha Islam Kanta Vice president of NCTF presented the overall event with the participation of BSA officer, school teacher and civil society members. All the participants emphasized child participation together for their right and changes to improve their situation.
